The terms you agree to when you use Kascade.
These Terms include an arbitration agreement and a class action waiver (Section 14). By affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree to resolve disputes individually through arbitration and waive the right to bring or participate in a class action, subject to the terms, exceptions, and opt-out rights set forth in Section 14.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kascade Health™ website and related consumer health education, biomarker interpretation, reporting, and Supplement Stack Audit services (the “Service”), provided by Kascade Health LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Kascade,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Service, including by submitting information through the Service or purchasing a report, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
01About the Service
Kascade Health™ is an educational health literacy platform focused on PCOS/PMOS. The Service uses published research, reference materials, and Kascade’s proprietary analytical framework, to organize and explain user-submitted laboratory values and related information in an individualized educational report. The Service may characterize individual biomarker values and combinations of values in relation to the research and reference materials used by Kascade and may identify values that warrant discussion with a healthcare provider.
Kascade is not a medical provider. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe for any medical condition and is not a substitute for individualized medical advice or care from a qualified healthcare professional. The Service may provide educational information about a user’s submitted laboratory values, including identifying values or patterns that may warrant discussion with a healthcare provider, but it does not establish a provider-patient relationship or direct the user to start, stop, or change any medication or supplement.
Only a qualified healthcare professional can evaluate your laboratory results in the context of your medical history, symptoms, medications, examination, and other clinical information and make a diagnosis or treatment decision.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for users located in the United States.
Not intended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The Service is not designed or intended to provide reports for users who are pregnant or breastfeeding. The reference ranges, research materials, and analytical framework used by the Service are not intended to assess laboratory values during pregnancy or breastfeeding. By purchasing or using the Service, you represent that you are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding at the time you submit information for a report. If you become pregnant after purchase, you should not use the Service for interpretation of laboratory values obtained during pregnancy and should consult your healthcare provider regarding those results.
03Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the Service, including the laboratory values and other information you enter into the Service’s intake form. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You acknowledge that the Service’s output depends on the information you enter and that the Service may be unable to assess a particular biomarker or pattern where relevant information has not been provided. Kascade is not responsible for errors in or consequences arising from an interpretation to the extent caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information entered by you.
04Payment terms
The Service is sold as one-time purchases. The fees for the Service are the amounts displayed at checkout for the applicable Service option, which currently are $147 for a lab interpretation and $197 for a lab interpretation purchased together with a Supplement Stack Audit. Payment is processed by Stripe. You authorize us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide. All fees are stated and charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Prices are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order, and it controls over any price stated elsewhere in these Terms or on the Service for that order.
The Service is not a subscription. You will not be charged a recurring fee for the Service purchased under these Terms. If we ever introduce subscription products, separate terms and clear consent will apply.
05Refunds
Our refund policy is set forth in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of these Terms. The Refund Policy applicable to your purchase is the version made available to you at or before checkout.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Use the Service or any report or other content made available through the Service to provide, or represent that you are providing, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or other professional healthcare services to another individual, except for sharing your report with your healthcare provider as expressly permitted under these Terms.
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the reports or any other Service content without our written permission, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
- Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to access or extract data from the Service, except where such access is expressly enabled by the Service or is reasonably necessary to use accessibility features or assistive technologies.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disable the Service, circumvent any security or access controls, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or any systems, networks or data connected to the Service.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, abuse, impersonate or knowingly submit or transmit content that is unlawful or defamatory.
- Use any Service content, including any report or methodology made available through the Service, in any manner prohibited by Section 15e.
- Submit or use another individual’s personal or health information without that individual’s authorization.
07Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, text, graphics, design, Kascade’s proprietary analytical methodology, threshold tables, scoring methodology, escalation rules, system prompts, report structure, and other materials developed by or for Kascade, is owned by or licensed to Kascade Health LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party materials, including published research and other source materials incorporated or referenced by the Service, remain the property of their respective owners. All rights in and to the Service not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved by Kascade Health LLC and its licensors.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, including to access, download, retain and use any report generated for you through the Service for your personal educational purposes and to share that report with your healthcare provider as expressly permitted below.
You retain your rights in your laboratory values and personal information. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your laboratory values or personal information to Kascade. By entering them to us, you grant us a limited license to use them as necessary to provide, administer, secure and operate the Service, including to generate and deliver your report, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
Reports generated for you may be accessed, retained and used by you for your personal educational purposes. You may share your report with your healthcare provider for purposes of discussing your health information and the educational content of the report. No other right to reproduce, distribute, publish, resell or commercially exploit the report or its contents is granted except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code or underlying structure of, or otherwise seek to extract or recreate any software, methodology, threshold table, scoring methodology or other proprietary component of the Service, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
08Medical disclaimer
The Service is for educational purposes only. The Service does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, prescribe medication or supplements, or provide individualized medical care. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Service does not replace medical care, advice, diagnosis, treatment or other clinical evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. Where the Service identifies a value or pattern that may warrant discussion with a healthcare provider, that information is provided solely as educational context and does not constitute a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Educational context provided by the Service may not be appropriate for every individual circumstance. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before making decisions about your health, medications, supplements, or treatment plan. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. The Service is not an emergency service and is not monitored for emergency communications.
08aAI-generated content disclaimer
The educational interpretation delivered by the Service includes narrative content generated using an artificial intelligence model, currently Anthropic’s Claude, based on Kascade’s system prompt, research framework and the results of Kascade’s proprietary analytical processes. The Service’s quantitative calculations, threshold classifications and escalation decisions are generated by Kascade’s deterministic analytical processes before the AI model is used to generate the narrative. No report is reviewed, validated or approved by a licensed healthcare professional before delivery. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, generalizations, or interpretations that do not apply to your individual circumstances. You agree that you will not rely on the interpretation as a substitute for evaluation by a qualified healthcare provider, will use it solely as educational research context, and will consult a qualified healthcare provider before acting on information in the interpretation that could affect your health, medications, supplements, testing or treatment. Kascade does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or applicability to your particular circumstances of any AI-generated output.
09Third-party services and links
The Service may reference, link to, or interoperate with third-party services (including Ulta Lab Tests, Stripe, Anthropic, Resend, and Netlify). These third-party services are independently operated by their respective providers and may be subject to separate terms, privacy policies, fees, availability requirements, and other conditions. Where you access or purchase a third-party service directly, your use of that service is governed by the applicable third party’s terms and policies. Kascade does not control, operate, or guarantee the availability, performance, security, content, or practices of third-party services, except to the extent expressly stated in these Terms or the Privacy Policy or required by applicable law.
In particular, Kascade does not order, collect, perform, arrange, or receive laboratory testing. Any laboratory testing obtained through a third-party laboratory or marketplace is purchased directly from the applicable provider under that provider’s terms, and Kascade does not control which laboratory or facility ultimately performs the testing. Third-party laboratory services may not be available in all jurisdictions.
We may earn an affiliate commission when you order labs through certain partners we recommend. Where Kascade has a financial relationship with a recommended partner, Kascade will disclose that relationship clearly and conspicuously in connection with the applicable recommendation or affiliate link. Our recommendation of any partner is not contingent on the commission.
10Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade, and no warranty is made except to the extent expressly set out in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Without limiting the foregoing, Kascade does not warrant that any laboratory result, health information or other information submitted by you is accurate, complete or current, and Kascade does not independently verify information entered by you.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses, malware or other harmful code. We do not warrant that the educational content provided by the Service is appropriate for your individual circumstances. The Service is not designed or intended to achieve any particular health outcome, and we make no warranty that use of the Service will produce any particular health outcome.
Kascade does not warrant that any educational information, interpretation, pattern description or other content provided through the Service is accurate, complete, current, clinically appropriate or suitable for your particular circumstances.
11Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KASCADE’S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF FORM OR CAUSE OF ACTION, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER, IN EACH CASE SUBJECT TO THE EXCLUSIONS AND CARVE-OUTS SET OUT BELOW.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
11aData security
No method of transmitting information over the internet, and no method of storing it electronically, is perfectly secure. We can’t guarantee that your information will never be accessed, acquired, or disclosed by someone who is not supposed to have it. You acknowledge that no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. This does not relieve Kascade of its obligations to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information, or of any other obligations imposed by applicable law.
Our security practices, the third-party providers that handle your information, and how long we keep it are described in our Privacy Policy at Section 03 (Who we share information with), Section 05 (Retention), and Section 07 (Security), as those sections may be updated from time to time in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Section or in the Privacy Policy guarantees that those safeguards will prevent every security incident.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KASCADE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING SOLELY FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ACQUISITION OF, DISCLOSURE OF, ALTERATION OF, OR DESTRUCTION OF YOUR INFORMATION BY A THIRD PARTY, TO THE EXTENT SUCH EVENT OCCURS DESPITE KASCADE’S IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE OF REASONABLE SECURITY PROCEDURES AND PRACTICES APPROPRIATE TO THE NATURE OF THE INFORMATION, AND SUBJECT IN ALL CASES TO THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS SET OUT IN THESE TERMS AND TO ANY RIGHTS OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED. Examples include hacking, credential theft, phishing or other social engineering directed at you or at us, malware, interception of data in transit across networks we do not control, exploitation of a vulnerability in software or infrastructure we do not control, and a security failure at one of the third-party providers identified in Section 09 or in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the security of the email address you give us and of the devices, accounts, and networks you use to open your report including keeping your report link confidential and promptly notifying us if you believe the link or your email account has been compromised. Your report is delivered by email and is reached using the access credentials we email you. Those credentials can expire or be replaced independently of how long we retain the report, and while we still retain it, as described in Section 05 (Retention) of the Privacy Policy, you can ask us for a fresh link and access code. Access takes two things: the private link, and a six-digit access code we send in a separate email. Once the code is entered, that browser stays signed in to the report for up to 14 days unless you choose to forget it. Anyone who has both, or who has access to the inbox they were sent to, can read the report and the laboratory values and other information contained in the report. Once you forward it, we can’t control where it goes.
Any liability we do have arising from a data security incident remains subject to the limits in Section 11 (Limitation of liability), except where applicable law does not permit that limitation, including California Civil Code § 1798.150.
What this section does not do
Nothing in this Section, in Section 10, in Section 11, or anywhere else in these Terms waives, limits, releases, or otherwise affects any right, remedy, or obligation that applicable law does not permit to be waived or limited by agreement, and nothing in these Terms is intended to do so. Specifically:
- California privacy rights are preserved. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, limit, or otherwise affect any right or remedy available to a California consumer under the California Consumer Privacy Act or other applicable California law that cannot lawfully be waived or limited, including any applicable private right of action under California Civil Code § 1798.150.
- Breach notification is a legal duty, not a contract term. If a security breach affects your personal information, our obligation to notify you, and where required to notify a state regulator, is governed by applicable federal and state breach-notification laws. Nothing in these Terms changes those obligations. See Section 06a (Breach notification) of the Privacy Policy.
- Certain liabilities cannot be excluded or limited. Nothing here limits our liability for gross negligence, recklessness, willful misconduct, or fraud, or to the extent applicable law prohibits the exclusion or limitation of liability for such conduct, or for any other liability applicable law does not permit us to limit.
- Reasonable security still applies. This Section allocates the risk of a security incident that occurs despite reasonable security. It is not a statement that we owe you no duty of care, and it does not disclaim, excuse, or limit our obligation to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any part of this Section is held unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and, if necessary, limited or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the rest of this Section and these Terms will remain in full force.
12Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kascade Health LLC, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) to the extent arising out of or relating to (a) your material violation of these Terms, (b) your unlawful use of the Service, or (c) your infringement, misappropriation or other violation of any third-party intellectual property or other proprietary right.
Your indemnification obligations under this Section do not apply to the extent a claim results from Kascade’s negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, violation of applicable law, or breach of these Terms.
Kascade will promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, to the extent legally permitted and reasonably practicable, and may participate in the defence of the claim with counsel of its choice. You may not settle any such claim in a manner that admits liability on behalf of Kascade, imposes any obligation on Kascade, or restricts Kascade’s rights without Kascade’s prior written consent.
13Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, our systems, our users, or third parties, to comply with applicable law, or to address a violation of these Terms, and otherwise upon reasonable notice where practicable. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Termination or suspension will not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination, including any applicable refund rights under Section 05 (Refunds) or any rights relating to information already submitted or reports already purchased, subject to the Privacy Policy.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including without limitation the Sections listed in Section 15c (Survival).
14Dispute resolution · binding arbitration · class action waiver
By affirmatively accepting these Terms, you agree that, except as expressly provided in this Section 14, any Dispute with Kascade will be resolved through individual, final and binding arbitration rather than in court, and you agree to the individual-action limitations set out below.
Agreement to arbitrate
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or the relationship between you and Kascade (a “Dispute”) shall be resolved exclusively through individual, final and binding arbitration, except that either party may elect to bring a qualifying claim within the jurisdiction of a small claims court in such court rather than arbitration, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration administrator and rules
The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect, available at adr.org, except to the extent those Rules are modified by this Section 14 or applicable law. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, including their provisions concerning the locale and format of the arbitration. Any in-person hearing shall be conducted at a location reasonably convenient to the consumer, taking into account the circumstances of the parties and the Dispute. The arbitration may be conducted by telephone, videoconference or on the documents where permitted under the applicable AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class action waiver
You and Kascade agree that any Dispute will be resolved on an individual basis only. Neither you nor Kascade may bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative action, except to the extent that applicable law prohibits such a waiver. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate the claims of more than one person or to preside over any form of representative or class proceeding, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this Section waives any right to seek public injunctive relief that applicable law does not permit to be waived, and any claim for public injunctive relief shall be brought or proceed in the forum and manner required by applicable law.
Nothing in this Section 14 is intended to waive, restrict or eliminate any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted under applicable law.
Opt-out
You have the right to opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to hello@kascadehealth.com with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within thirty (30) days of the date you first agree to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
Federal Arbitration Act
This Section 14 and the agreement to arbitrate contained in it are governed by and construed under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1 et seq. If any portion of this arbitration provision is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect; except to the extent applicable law requires the arbitration agreement to be invalidated in its entirety. Any unenforceable provision shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary to permit the remainder of this Section 14 to remain enforceable.
Nothing in this Section 14 requires arbitration of a dispute to the extent that applicable federal law expressly provides that the dispute may not be subject to a predispute arbitration agreement or joint-action waiver.
15Governing law and venue
Except as provided in Section 14, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, except to the extent that applicable law requires the application of another jurisdiction’s non-waivable law. Subject to Section 14, the state and federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration, except to the extent applicable law requires or permits a different forum.
15aForce majeure
Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond that party’s reasonable control, including, to the extent materially affecting performance acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, labor disruption, internet or telecommunications failure, or a material failure of a third-party infrastructure or service provider that is not reasonably avoidable or capable of being mitigated by commercially reasonable measures, or other similar events of comparable character.
The affected party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event and, where reasonably practicable, notify the other party of the event and its expected impact on performance.
If a force majeure event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate without liability, except for obligations accrued before the termination and any refund rights applicable to amounts paid for Services not provided.
15bCopyright complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, to the extent Kascade is acting as a service provider eligible for the applicable DMCA safe harbor, you may send a written notice of claimed infringement that substantially complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to Kascade’s designated DMCA agent at the contact information below:
Kascade Health LLC, DMCA Agent
PO Box 1036, Wendell, NC 27591
hello@kascadehealth.com
Subject line: “DMCA Notice”
The notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the allegedly infringing material with sufficient detail to locate it, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized, a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, and your physical or electronic signature.
Kascade may process substantially compliant notices in accordance with applicable law, including by removing or disabling access to material claimed to be infringing and, where applicable, providing the affected user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.
15cSurvival
The following Sections survive termination of these Terms or of your use of the Service: Section 7 (Intellectual Property), Section 8 (Medical Disclaimer), Section 8a (AI Disclaimer), Section 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties), Section 11 (Limitation of Liability), Section 11a (Data Security), Section 12 (Indemnification), Section 14 (Arbitration), Section 15 (Governing Law), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
15dNotice to Kascade
Any notice to Kascade required under these Terms (other than a DMCA notice or an arbitration opt-out) shall be in writing and sent to hello@kascadehealth.com. Notice is effective on receipt.
15eRestrictions on AI/ML training
You may not use the Service, its outputs, or any content obtained from the Service to train, fine-tune, evaluate, develop, train, fine-tune, or build a dataset for training or evaluating any machine-learning model or automated system, except for your personal, non-commercial use of your own report for ordinary educational, informational or personal purposes that do not involve using the report or other Service content as training or evaluation data for an AI or machine-learning system.
This restriction does not prohibit you from sharing your own report with your healthcare provider or otherwise using it for your own personal educational purposes as permitted under these Terms.
15fU.S.-only Service
The Service is offered only to users physically located in the United States. We do not offer the Service to users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any other jurisdiction where the Service may be unlawful or where doing so would subject Kascade to regulatory requirements we have not undertaken.
16Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We may make non-material changes to these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, including by email where we have a valid email address, and will become effective on the date specified in the notice or updated Terms. Changes will apply prospectively and will not modify rights or obligations relating to a Service or purchase completed before the effective date, unless you separately agree to the change.
No amendment to the arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, or other provision requiring affirmative consent under applicable law will become effective solely through your continued use of the Service.
17Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kascade with respect to the Service. The Privacy Policy governs Kascade’s collection, use, disclosure, retention and deletion of personal information, and the Refund Policy governs refunds and cancellations. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy or Refund Policy, these Terms will control except to the extent the conflicting provision relates specifically to privacy, data protection, refunds or cancellations, in which case the applicable policy will control.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, if necessary, severed to the minimum extent necessary to preserve the remaining provisions.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may assign these Terms without your consent in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, sale of substantially all of our assets or business relating to the Service, or to an affiliate, provided that the assignee assumes Kascade’s obligations under these Terms.
Contact. If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at hello@kascadehealth.com.
